1, it is business, and it is personal
2, any problem can eventually boils down to culture problem
3, there are always the “core” people who shape the culture of a group.
4, It is hard to change culture. Remove the old guard, and bring in new ones.
5, ask yourself what culture you want to establish in the team. Some are relatively easier, like “we want to take extremely well of our customers”, some are more difficult, like “innovation”, sometime they are hard to co-exist.
6, talk loud of you culture and stay to the vision, make everyone aware of it.
7, people can fake culture, the table football, the hoodie, the beard, the linux, the whatever-latest-hype; do not get cheated, watch the revenue/profit data
